Addyslayit provides professional hair braiding services and sells hair products including, but not limited to, braiding hair and bundles.
All services and products are provided under the brand Addyslayit.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Appointments & Booking (Braiding Services)
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• Appointments are confirmed only after the deposit is received.
• Remaining balance is due on or before the service date.
• Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in:
• A late fee,
• Shortened service time, or
• Appointment cancellation with deposit forfeited.

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit.
• Repeated no-shows may result in future booking restrictions.

4. Hair Preparation Policy

Clients are responsible for arriving with:
• Clean, properly detangled hair (unless wash is booked).
• Hair free of excessive product buildup.

Failure to meet preparation requirements may result in:
• Additional fees, or
• Appointment cancellation without refund.

5. Products Sales (Hair & Accessories)
• All hair product sales are FINAL SALE.
• We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to:
• Hygiene reasons,
• Custom hair selection, or
• Personal preference.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

6. Order Processing & Shipping
• Orders are processed within the stated timeframe on the website.
• Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
• Addyslayit is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information.

Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the customer.

7. Refund Policy
• Deposits for services are non-refundable.
• Hair products are non-refundable.
• Refunds are only issued if:
• The order was canceled by Addyslayit, or
• A product issue is verified and approved by management.

8. Allergies & Liability
• Clients must disclose any known allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before service.
• Addyslayit is not responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed conditions or misuse of products.

Services and products are used at the client’s own discretion.

9. Photography & Content Use
• Photos and videos may be taken during services for marketing purposes.
• By receiving services, you grant Addyslayit permission to use content for:
• Social media
• Website
• Promotional materials

If you prefer not to be featured, please notify us before your appointment.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, images, text, and branding — is the exclusive property of Addyslayit.
Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

11. Right to Refuse Service

Addyslayit reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for:
• Disrespectful behavior,
